His leadership roles across hospitals, public health systems, and private enterprises reflect a lifelong commitment to improving outcomes and protecting the dignity of every client. Roger holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma and healthcare quality and is currently pursuing his Master of Social Work to further enhance his service to aging and vulnerable populations.
Personal
