Diana Cirone joined Burzynski Elder Law in July 2026 as the firm’s Elder Care Coordinator. She brings more than three decades of nursing and healthcare leadership experience, along with extensive knowledge of elder care, case management, healthcare law, and guardianship.

A registered nurse since 1993, Diana earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from Edison Community College, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Hodges University. She later completed a Master of Science in Healthcare Law at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale.

Since 1995, Diana has served at Naples Community Hospital in a variety of roles, including Emergency Department Registered Nurse, Case Manager, and, most recently, House Supervisor. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in Medicare, managed care, and coordinating complex patient care.

Diana also serves on the Examination Committee for Collier, Lee, and Charlotte Counties, conducting incapacitation evaluations for guardianship proceedings. She recently completed Florida’s 40-hour Professional Guardian Course through Broward County and is a Certified Professional Guardian in the State of Florida.

A Naples resident since 1989, Diana has dedicated her career to serving the Southwest Florida community while raising her family, including three sons, one daughter, and two grandsons. Her deep understanding of the local healthcare system, combined with her clinical expertise and legal education, makes her a valuable resource for clients and an integral member of the Burzynski Elder Law team.
